There are research-backed approaches that work!

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and focused on movement. I use research-backed methods to create real traction—whether you're coming in as a couple, a family, or an individual.

Couples

  • I’m trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples work.

  • Whether you work with me or another therapist, I strongly encourage all prospective clients to try EFT. It has the strongest research outcomes for couples reporting improved satisfaction in their relationship.

  • EFT helps partners move beyond stuck patterns by mapping out the cycles that repeatedly surface.

  • Together, we build a deep, shared understanding of the emotions and thoughts driving these patterns—so you can begin to shift your interactions and communicate in more connected, meaningful ways.

Families

  • Families often come to me during times of conflict, behavioral challenges, or major transitions.

  • I help kids open up directly to their parents while coaching parents in real time. This strengthens trust, deepens connection, and equips caregivers with the tools to support their child without long-term reliance on therapy.

  • From there, we create a clear, practical plan forward—drawing from structural family systems approaches.

  • Unlike others who work privately with the child, I’m always working my way out of a job—facilitating direct communication between parents and kids.

Individuals

  • With individual clients, I draw heavily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a research-backed method that supports emotional regulation, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of self.

  • My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life—and more fulfilled.

Goal Unlock

  • If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed by personal or professional goals, I integrate:

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to clarify what’s working and create quick, meaningful progress

  • Motivational Interviewing, a proven approach to spark intrinsic motivation and guide change

  • Coaching and business tools to turn insight into action and move you forward with purpose

Before becoming a therapist, I spent the last decade in business and tech, helping companies set and achieve bold, ambitious goals.

I don’t do vague, open-ended therapy. I believe every client hires me for a specific reason: to help them achieve a meaningful goal and support lasting change. I treat every session as an opportunity to make real progress. At the same time, I bring a lot of heart to the process. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered—while also helping you move forward.
